Terms and Conditions.
You are on joining AmorMatch.com agreeing to the following terms and conditions as set out on this page.
That you are 18-years-old and above when joining AmorMatch.com.
AmorMatch.com reserves the right to monitor and check information as it see fit, to insure the well being of all parties concerned.
Due to available bandwidth and to give everyone a chance to join, you risk having your membership terminated unless you log-in on a regular basis and are an active member.
So long as you are an active member, you can stay on the site for as long as you like.
AmorMatch.com reserves the right to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason at our descretion.
AmorMatch.com reserves the right to change or alter the site in anyway. Delete a membership without warning if the terms and conditions are suspected as having being breached.
While you are active on the site you must not spam, abuse, or write anything obscene to other members or promote anything what-so-ever. You must treat others as you yourself would like to be treated, with respect and acceptance of others at all times.
When using any facility on AmorMatch.com you must always use your username that you choose when you joined the site, the one that is currently on your profile. Failure to do so can result your membership terminated.
You may upload two photos of yourself that are no more than 400x400, or they will not be approved/or removed. They must also be Jpeg only files and not be more than 25kb each, so allowing you upto 50kb worth on your profile. NOTE, when you upload a photo your profile goes back to being on waiting for approval again.
If you suspend your profile, making it in-active that's fine, but you must re-activate it before 2-3 weeks as passed or the membership will be terminated.
You must create a profile even if you are married say and not looking for anyone, you can select options that suit more to your circumstances.
You cannot delete your own profile, if you wish to delete your profile and terminate your membership, please contact the administrator. The maximum period then for the profile remaining is seven days, but in most cases it will be removed well within two days.
You agree not to send any more than Twenty messages per day (in a 24 hours period same day your time). This can be to the same person or upto 20 different people. *NOTE*, please don't break this rule, give everyone a fair chance to get on and send messages as well, failure to comply could result in your being banned from the site for life.
All profiles must be in readable English only.
YOU MUST NOT.
Spam another member. Will not send the same worded messages to lots of members, especially plugging something.
Send any message that contain the following:- Sexual, suggestive, offensive, threatening or abusive remarks.
Do not write profile in CAPITALS, it's seens as shouting and makes it often difficult for other members to read.
You may not promote or send messages that contain any commercial sites.
You may not send any personals details on first contact, whilst it's hard for us to stop this, this is for your own safety, you have been warned.
No addresses or telephones numbers or home addresses what-so-ever will be posted on your profile.
Profiles are subject to approval, so once created they can be declined if they are not up to the terms and conditions standard, set out here.
You agree that the information provided is the correct information as to the best of your knowledge at all times, whether on profiles or through contacting others.
Lastly that you don't send over twenty messages in one day (24 hour period).
All AmorMatch.com services are offered to you on condition of your acceptance
these Terms and Conditions. Your use of AmorMatch.com constitutes your agreement
to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
for any action made by anyone who uses the account you've established
with AmorMatch.com, whether or not the actions were in your behalf.
These Terms and Conditions may be modified by AmorMatch.com from time to time,
you are the one who responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.
Under no circumstances will AmorMatch.com be responsible for any loss or
damage resulting from anyone's use of the AmorMatch.com website or the
Services or any Content posted on the AmorMatch.com website or transmitted
to AmorMatch.com Members or users.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
AmorMatch.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AmorMatch.com MAKES NO WARRANTY
THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THE SERVICE WILL
BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THE RESULTS
THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE
ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES,
INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU
THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND ANY
ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED
OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS DONE
AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT
RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
You agree to indemnify and hold AmorMatch.com, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees,
harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including
reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or
arising out of your use of the Services in violation of these
Terms and Conditions and/or any breach of your representations and
warranties set forth above. These obligations will survive any
termination of your relationship with AmorMatch.com.
